Do you take special orders?

Yes, we take special requests! Feel free to e-mail us about any special requests that do not fit with one of our already existing products. We will reach out to you with any questions or clarifications we have for your order. Please note that there will be an additional charge.

Can I return a product?

Due to the custom nature of our products, no refunds, returns or exchanges are permitted. If you have an issue with your order, please contact us by email so we can make it right.

What brand of shirts do you use?

We use Gildan heavyweight sweatshirts. We have found Gildan Heavyweight to be soft, yet has the structure needed to support the weight of the embroidery stitches with less puckering. If you are interested in another brand, please send us an email.

Can I order a different brand?

Please contact us by e-mail with your request for a different brand.

How do I care for my custom sweatshirt?

Wash inside out in cold water, then hang to dry or tumble on low. Do not iron.
